Are there per-minute charges?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. We absorb the telephony and AI costs up to your call cap. If you're consistently going over, we'll suggest moving up a tier — it's almost always cheaper than the alternative.
What if we go over the call cap?

Yellowfone keeps answering — calls don't drop. We'll let you know and either adjust your tier or work out an overage rate. We'd rather you not lose customers over a billing detail.
Is there a contract?

Single and Multi-location are month-to-month. Cancel any time — your data exports cleanly, and the phone number routing reverts to your old setup. Enterprise plans typically run annually with custom terms.
How does the trial work?

14 days, no credit card. We help you set up Yellowfone on your menu and a parallel test number, so you can call it yourself, hear how it sounds, and try it on a few real customers before committing. If you don't love it, walk away.
Who owns call recordings and customer data?

You do. Always. Your data isn't used to train any models. You can export everything as CSV or JSON any time, and on cancellation we delete it within 30 days unless you ask us to keep it longer.
What POS systems do you support?

Native integrations with Toast, Square, and Clover today. Revel and Lightspeed are in beta. If you're on something else, we can usually wire it up via webhook within a week — just ask.
What if Yellowfone gets something wrong?

You see every call in the dashboard with the full transcript and recording. Yellowfone is also conservative — if it isn't sure, it asks the caller to confirm or hands the call to a human. If a wrong order ever costs you a refund, we cover it under our accuracy guarantee.
